Phoenix Dan Cong - Snowflake

An amazing oolong. First brewed used approximately 3g at 95 degrees (our Water Drop A2G doesn't do 100 as suggested on packet) for about 2 mins. The flavour is beautiful, honey like sweetness, notes of hay and a background of subtle green. Mild tannin, at least on my tongue. It's more complex than I can describe but there's other notes in there that feel familiar somehow. I need to make another pot and close my eyes in a peaceful spot and let my mind connect the dots. To be honest only had a couple of oolong before, like Imperial Choice Premium from Wai Yee Hong, it wasn't that good, almost acrid. This is on a completely different level. Would definitely offer a cup of this to visiting friends and family - it's lovely.
