The part is the correct part but by no means did I receive any kind of support or help from Generac. I am pretty sure that they do not exist. If you do manage to talk to a real person from Generac, I can promise you that they will not give you any information about troubleshooting your generac generator. Good luck finding these generac specialists or techs that they tell you to contact. For being rated #1 in the business, they have the absolute worst customer service. They have made all part stores pull any and all generac generator parts from the shelves of retail stores. I refuse to throw away a $5,000 generator because I can not go buy the parts and fix it so I can get back to work. What I will do is buy a different brand name. Generac lost a customer due to their lack of standing behind their products. You guys should try to be # 1 instead of paying to have the #1 spot, which is the only possible way that you are considered #1. Your customer relations and support sucks!
