When I first heard about gyms closing, I was concerned as to whether I'd be able to find any exercise equipment online. I stumbled across SMAI and seen that they had some KBs available still (despite the panic buying having already set in). Ordered and received them a few days later. The KBs themselves are of the best quality and are truly a worthwhile investment. As for the customer service, I'd highly recommend SMAI! After ordering, I received an email a few days later notifying me that my order had been shipped. They supplied a tracking notifications link so that I could keep track of where my order was.
