From start to finish, Hector helped me purchase correct shocks and struts for my Toyota Truck! Fast delivery!

Shipping confirmation getting out of the warehouse took a couple of days longer than expected but excellent customer service. I called for a shipping update but the line was busy. Within an hour I had an email follow up and two return phone calls. Shocks arrived well packaged and my Toyota Tacoma rides like new again, possibly even better when I first bought it. Going with Bilstein from now on.
