Living in AZ, I order from VFCC before the temperature gets too high. This order was all Brickhouse Tilsit, our favorite! I placed the order Monday and it arrived 3 days later. The cheese was well packed, still firm and cold. Tilsit is a soft, flavorful cheese that melts beautifully! I hope I have ordered enough to get us through the summer!! Try it, you will not be sorry!
