Heel issue

I have recently received the Wichita shoe. I like the shoe, but it feels sloppy in the heel on my foot. I do not have fat feet even though I need a 10 1/2 extra wide. I need the width for my toes. If they are closed in too tight, I get foot pain. I wore the shoe with 2 spacer inserts and a custom made orthotic. The fit was good except for the heel. It helped when I stuck a heel pad in near the opening of the shoe. I have tried to get your shoes that have the heel adjustment strap. They were better, but the velcro doesn't always go far enough on the strap for me to tighten the fit as I would like to.

They are great. Very similar to my Dr Comfort ones I got from my Podiatrist. And I wanted another pair with the soft uppers .

Great quality but a little big

I love the quality and how comfy they are to wear most of the time. But even with both inserts and the arch booster, my heel slides up and down as I walk. Not so large that I’d be able to size down though. Ended up getting two other pairs of shoes and they were perfect fits, so it seems to just be this design.
