Sadly, I could not return to purchase more of this trim, as it was just too cheap looking and obviously synthetic. I had reached out on three occasions before purchasing trim from your company because some items were not clearly marked for fabric content, but never received an answer. I finally received an answer to an email asking why the black and gold trim I received was not chenille as described, but did not have any response other than you were out of that trim. There was no offer to return the trim for a refund, or substitute more of the other chenille trims. The gold/hunter trim did not meet expectations, but your customer service was the real disappointment. I have a brick and mortar store as well as online business, and if I do not have something in stock, I let my customer know. It is certainly a fact that some items are off count, but I would never elect to substitute and item without consulting my customer first. If they have already paid online, they are immediately offered the opportunity to substitute a similar item or receive and immediate refund.
