Chrome finish isn't great in places

The good bits...quick delivery and well packed. Reasonable price. Gives off a decent amount of heat in our ensuite and is wide enough for a hand towel. Not so good bits...the chrome finish on the tops of the vertical sides of the radiator is a bit iffy in places. Basically the chrome finish has bubbled and you can see some marks under the chrome where the holes for the plugs have been drilled. Contacted customer services to ask for an exchange..bit bemused by the reply which esdentially said that as all of the same rads in stock were the same batch, it was likely all would have the same finish. I was offered opportunity to return for refund.

Product ok - but no customer service

The product is fine. However, I need to get in touch with Elegant Radiators and cannot! The phone is NEVER answered and the two emails I have sent have been ignored.
