I got a pair of Fox racing sunglasses as a gift. Wanting to upgrade the lenses I found Fuse. Ordering online was a breeze. When they arrived, sadly they didn’t fit.. I got in touch with their customer support. After some investigation it turned out that Fox makes this model in 2 sizes for different markets. So it was no fault on either party that the lenses didn’t fit. Kayla from Customer Service took it upon themselves to give me enough store credit to purchase their house models including shipping.
