excellent customer support
Ordered a set of replacement lens for a Persol frame in early January. Unfortunately, the lens did not fit correctly when having them installed at a local optical store. The customer support person online, arranged for a replacement pair of lens and I received them very promptly. The second set of lens fit perfectly when installed. Thank you for the excellent effort to find a solution.
