I was delighted with the quality and finish of the cane. The tracking app for following my order was very useful, and it was interesting to see it's journey. Unfortunately, when I opened the parcel all but 1 of the glass tubes were broken and stuck inside the cane, which was very disappointing. If new glass tubes could be shipped to me that would be great and I can make use of the cane and would make me a happy customer.
