Waterproof twin feeding pillow cover

I was disappointed when I received the pillowcase as the stitching at the opening was loose and coming undone. I had to get my sewing machine out and reinforce this to stop it from ripping. Secondly I sent a courtesy email notifying them of this issue so they could check their quality assurance for this product. Unfortunately I didn’t even receive a response from them.
