Amazing product had an issue with it and was quickly fixed

It works good, but has issues

Using 4 freshly charged 10AH batteries, with a load of 1300 W, it provided 458 Watt Hours. It quits when the first battery depletes. The batteries are advertised to be 200 wh each, which means 800 wh should be available. Based on Dewalt claims, this unit was less than 60% efficient. The efficiency goes up to over 65% with a 600 W load. Also, although it charges 4 batteries at a time, it charges them only 1/4 the speed of a fast charger. Otherwise, the unit seems to work fine.
