Excellent but doesn’t fit for half sized feet

Excellent rain boots but the sizing was off for me. I’m a half size. Size 7 felt big and size 6 too small. The website says to size down but size 6 was uncomfortable in toe box whereas size 7 was not but requires thick sock to fit and not slip off. Sad - I wish they fit because they are so good!
