I use these for side position markers on my bass guitar as well as side position markers on my upright bass. These work really well in low light conditions. They are just thick enough to even give physical feedback. I like that they are extremely durable. Great product.

Fret marker help

I got these for the side of my guitar necks, too mark the frets (can't see the little side dots on dark stages), and so far they work fantastically. They were easy to apply, and so far (a few gigs) they seem like they're going to stay put, and don't interfere playing wise. This seems like a winning idea, and at this point I highly recommend them for this purpose.
