This review is for customer service not the product.I ordered a watchband for my classic Elgin Shockmaster, I received a watchband, regular band not long enough for my 7.25 inch wrist. I returned to watch band. Spent over $18 in shipping to receive the product and return it and I still don’t have a watchband. Customer service response lags for several days, and the response is received aren’t actionable. The only way I was able to get a RMA number was by fax and customer service. A refund has been issued, but I went with another vendor to get the length of band. I needed with free return if there’s a problem.

These watchbands are awesome!

This is one among many Speidel Twist-o-Flex bands I have ordered. OK, I remember these bands from the 60s and 70s but forgot just how awesome they were then and how fantastic they are now. Slip on and slip off. Highly recommend.
