I choose the twist o flex band because it is comfortable. You don't have to try to hold the watch in place while you buckle it on. It simply slides on with the use of one hand. One can buy a very inexpensive watch these days that works flawlessly for years, but the bands that come with them are nearly worthless. So I buy a Speidel twist of flex band and it serves me for years.
