Easy and great

We were looking for a way to cut some time off meal prep. We the clean and mean meal plan is great! We get 15 meals(we are 2 people) and have one everyday! We freeze half of them and all we do is heat it up for our meal. The options are great, the price for a delivered home meal is great as well. Loving it and recommended to anyone looking to cut out their own meal prep or a reason to have a nutritious clean meal, while on the go

Convenience to meet nutrition goals

The meals are dairy and gluten free. There is a good variety of dishes. Some could use a little more flavour. Overall, they are pretty good! The delivery is reliable as well.

The Salmon and Quinoa: Salmon was cooked perfectly and the Quinoa- delicious. Every meal I have ordered has been prepared well, the spice blends are perfectly balanced, and the quality overall is exceptional. I have picked up the individual chicken souvlaki meal several times from the Westboro location, and it has become my absolute favorite.
