This purchase was my first time trying it out. I'm using it for a facial mask with a steamer. It left my face really soft after the first use. I will purchase more to try it out as a bath.

I made this purchase to justify the purchase of a smaller, low-priced item. With a virtual toss into my virtual shopping cart, I all but forget this accompanying product once my shipment arrived. Well, they say the greatest discoveries are often stumbled upon by mistake. I’ve thus far only applied the sake-kasu as a mask. And I’m impressed by the quiet power of these modest ingredients. The results are sumptuously soft and luminous skin. And the ritual that gets you there is a plus.
