Poor customer service

I needed a exchange in size. I opened a ticket in a email. They responded saying I could exchange and just pay shipping. I have emailed and called with no answer now to be able to exchange the pants. It's been a week without no response or answering the phones. Pants are probably great but customer service communication is terrible.

The Breakout pants are by far the best pair of pants that I have ever owned. Super comfortable, durable, flexible and lightweight. Breathability, the way air flows through them keeps you going on those hot days. Zippered pockets. Like they say “Built to Win”

Ive never owned paintball pants before but wow these bad boys are comfortable. I love that its all velcro everything. Theyre lightweight and have a cool design. I can tell these will last me many seasons. I ordered a size up and that fits very well. Im tall so my legs need a lot of length and these pants provide that. 10/10
