Great product shame about support

The GCU47X works flawlessly, as with other RealSimGear .odules I've bought in the past. Good quality item too. Sadly, they should have despatched a GFC700 with the GCU47X, but sent a GFC500 instead. 7 days on, and despite emails to info and support, nobody has even acknowledged the issue, never mind attempting to resolve it. It's a pity, because their products are really good. Hopefully someone from RSG sees this and can sort my problem.

Great product, great service

I have bought a few things from Real Sim Gear and the quality is always awesome. I had a minor issue with a knob on this product and within 3 days had a replacement. Very happy with the whole experience.

From the very good packaging to the ease of installing and the quality of the fabrication, this is a product made to make simming more realistic. Now hoping that MSFS does the upgrade on the SR22 so we can use all the buttons. (X-plane did it :-))
