Base quality is great! Customer service was lovely! The wait for the base to arrive is a little excessive for what I'm used to waiting so that was my only downside!

I absolutely love this mask so much! Even though this was my first time ordering something like this, there were many helpful videos on DVC's YouTube channel to guide me through it! I would absolutely order from them again for any future anthro characters I plan to cosplay.
