So cute and exactly what I wanted, feels sturdy and is perfect for a letter opener. Unfortunately it came a little damaged, but I emailed their customer service and they immediately responded to get me a replacement or a refund. They were so polite and helpful, I haven't had such a good interaction with a customer service department in a long time!
