I did an online order and about an hour after I placed it I realized I forgot to add blue kyanite to my list. I called the store to ask if I could add it to my previous order and they told me to place another order, then email them to have them combine the two transactions. They refunded me the shipping without any hassle. Will definitely order from here in the future.
