I & uHarvest love
I'm new to the hydroponic garden game. I've been intrigued by them for some time, but just couldn't pull the trigger. I didn't like the requirements of some of the units. Requring WIFI, an app attached to my phone, proprietary seeds/plants. I'm from NE originally. We put seeds in the ground, watered them and waited for harvest time! I live in AZ now, summer time is like living on the north face of the sun. The ground is clay, rock, sand... garbage. Nothing grows. I miss fresh, fully ripe produce. During one of my searches. the iHarvest popped up. Finally a person maintained unit!! Yes it has pumps, lights, timers but no WIFI!!! I can plant my own seeds and care for them through watching them, not my phone! I started with the uHarvest, just to get my feet wet (pun intended) To get a feel, knowing we were going to be gone for several weeks. I loved it! I grew kale and lettuce. In the 50 days I had from set up to getting on the plane, we had gorgeous lettuce and kale that week. I knew we were going to be gone too long, so I just tore it down, cleaned it up to replant on our return. From the moment we stepped off the plane, literally, my husband kept asking me, when are you going to order your big garden? It took a few weeks as we both got COVID, thank you airplanes! I placed the order. The order came within that same week! David was patient and wonderful to work with. I had some shipping concerns, and he put my mind at ease. I did have an issue with missing, or not correct parts, and again. David to the rescue. Missing parts were shipped within a couple days. I finally planted the 1st seeds on 6/7. I have a couple rows of babies. I will give the other rows another week, but if nothing pops up, I have more seed. I just received my order of plant/hole covers and installed them today. So far, again as a newbie, I'm beyond excited. The Ph/EC/nutrients are still a little confusing, but I'm slowly dialing it in I love this garden, I look forward to trying new seeds down the road. My husband has already said "you need another one". Likely yes, but I need to learn, make mistakes and gleam success with this one first. So yeah, beware David, I will order another one, sometime. If any of you are on the fence, just do it. I hate that I waited so long, but the wait led me to IGWorks, so I am happy with that. Very happy. Leslye

Outstanding Customer Service
Although the IHarvest Quality is superior, I received mine with minor damage due to shipping. Customer service had the replacement part processed and ready to be expedited to me before the end of the day. I can’t wait until I begin my IHarvest journey.

I'm happy, but some things bug me
Hello. I like the unit. The plants are doing great. The pump... not so much. I bought 2 units at the same time, and both have this "issue". The water coming down and dropping into the base bypasses the filter. The stream drops down as 2 trickles, and splashes on the outside ring of the filter, so debris is not captured in the filter, but goes to the water reservoir. I have noticed my pumps having the occasional "hard time" where they are much louder and the flow is greatly minimized. I worry that the pumps will fail suddenly, and then I would already be putting additional money into new components. Is there a solution for this? Maybe a widening funnel/ring neck at the top of the filter? My husband's 3D printer has bit-the-dust... so I don't have a good avenue currently to construct something.
