I really do enjoy this produced and a couple others that ALT sells BUT they must rethink their packaging i truly don't enjoy receiving the product damaged i ordered the mom set of three different bottle and one bottle came smashed and that is pretty much not good for business ALT

A mixed experience that results in a 5 star review. My order shipped quickly and arrived when expected. However, it had been damaged in transit. Not the fault of Alt Fragrances, but the bottle was broken and all scent was lost to envelops and carrier trucks across the country. What I could smell from the bottle was FANTASTIC. I was bummed that the bottle broke. I reached out to Customer Care and reported the issue (with pictures and video). They responded within a few hours with an apology for the experience and a free replacement bottle being shipped out. That was kind of d and y expected. Again, they were not at fault for the issue, but they stepped up and made things right. I’m awaiting my new bottle as I type this as a happy customer. Would definitely recommend Alt Fragrances and I will be purchasing from them again in the future.

Trying something new

I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and when it arrived it definitely held up to its hype. I got asked a couple times the first time I wore it what was I wearing and that’s men & women asking. I will definitely be buying more.
