I ordered my second ring planner cover recently and had a super experience. Not only was the cover high-quality as always, there was a minor issue with the embossing that was handled in a very professional manner. Since Naya photographs the completed order and emails for approval prior to shipping, it was caught and resolved quickly. My order arrived only a week later than usual and is amazing as always.
