Beautiful blanket

Terrific quality and great weight. I had ordered the “Antique” but didn’t realize it would take extra time for delivery. I reached out for what colors might be available and customer service could immediately send out “White.” Perfect. It is a creamy elegant white and we happily slept with George covering us last night.

Beautiful weave, warm, high quality!

I purchase this as I needed a substantial summer blanket for my half of the bed (spouse needs the AC to be arctic!) It is perfect- cuts the chill right out without feeling like a big winter blanket. Also absolutely beautiful. The quality is well above a typical store-bought cotton blanket. Kudos to customer service as well, I emailed to see if they had an in-stock color rather than waiting for a custom made. They responded quickly, were able to accommodate my needs and shipped the blanket right away. Thanks!

Love the George Washington Blanket!

I am so glad that I found the Bates Mill Store! The George Washington blanket has a nice weight to it, not too light or too heavy. It is just perfect for comfortable sleeping! I love the workmanship in this blanket and I especially love that it is made in the USA. This cotton blanket keeps us warm but it is very breathable so we don't get too warm. I am looking forward to purchasing more products from this great company!
