Light Pink Striker is my all-time favourite red/pink from the Bullseye extensive red pallette. LPS doesn't ever want to flame strike, but it strikes readily and reliably in the kiln so it is easy to prepare for flameworking ( yep I flamework sheet glass cut to sizes that I want : bit odd but there you go, I've been doing it for decades). An easy and reliable sublime pink when kiln worked, I use it with extra care in the flame. Like all the lead bearing pink/reds it reduces to an ugly grey if it is worked to hot. It doesn't mind lengthy heat work at all provided the flame temperature is kept a bit gentle : so I try to never lose concentration whe bead-making with it. The 3mm LSG is a rich pink-red and the 2mm sheet is a significantly gentler hue : and both are utterly lovely.

A gorgeous colour.

This glass can give various hues depending on how it is fired and what it is combined with. I love it.
