This is a replacement for a previous one that all came apart on the evening I was going to wear it. I have not worn the new one yet so cannot comment on it yet.I must add that customer service was excellent though .

This is so lovely. Bought to smarten up my outfit for my son's wedding it makes quite a statement. The first necklace delivered was faulty but Lovett were super efficient in rectifying that and I'm thrilled!
