I purchased the Overlander First Aid Kit. I then purchased three C-A-T Tourniquets and three 4/5" NAR Compressed Gauze. The kit with these items will allow me to handle more patience with extremity bleeding. I am going with the NAR gauze due to the environments that I operate in are very close to medical staff and facilities.
