Unique flour Rouge de Bordeaux

The Rouge de Bordeaux flour is one of the unique flours I've ever had. The rising time is so fast, it's almost like you turn around the kitchen and the dough is up :-) I love it and will try another flour as soon as I use all 48lb of Bordeaux. Thank you!

Gift cards

I have placed several orders with Barton Springs Mill, and have always received top notch grains that are very clean. I really like the heirloom grains, and BSM has some of my favorites. I have recommended Barton Springs Mill to friends and family, but I think if the gift cards were better explained, more people would be willing to order from a mill that doesn’t advertise free shipping. From my very first order, BSM has in effect offset my some of the shipping cost with gift cards toward my next order. I think that’s just awesome as a surprise, but to encourage new customers it might be good to explain that on the website. Keep up the good work. Looks like we’re headed into hard times for farmers.

Appreciation from a producer

I am a farmer in Colorado and really appreciate knowing where the wheat we're eating comes from. I can even find wheat that is grown by my neighbor, an organic and regenerative farmer. I don't know about Gift Card that you asked about.
