Shea butter gift late delivery
I don't know how the product arrived as it was a gift. However the shipping was pretty delayed with few updates on expected delivery. It arrived late and it was a birthday gift. My other issue is that is says free shipping on the website but I inquired about it since I didn't receive it and was told it was for orders over $50 which it doesn't say on the website. My item was $49. I was offered a refund if I reviewed the product. Seems like I should have just been offered a refund for shipping.
