So close to being great- to improve I would suggest when there are delays outside of your control that improved communication with customers would help. Also making the units slightly bigger so they actually hold vinyl in plastic sleeves. Lastly to look at a delivery option to pay extra for the items to be unpacked and positioned would’ve been something I would’ve taken up.

This 6 cube vinyl LP storage unit is the bee’s knees absolutely superb looks like, well made with a lovely oak top. Much, much better than storing records in boxes scattered around the house. I’m so pleased.
