Don’t stay up

I bought these because the thigh high garments uncomfortably constricted the top of my leg. Tights are hard to drop and pull up as needed so I thought these would be a good compromise . But they fall down and get really uncomfortable- especially if you aren’t in a situation where you can reach down and pull them back up. The strap is ridiculously high - like at the bottom of my rib cage. Perhaps they are too long but they were the smallest size. (I am 5’3”)

This is my second Jobst Chap. The compression is good, the waist belt fits well (adjustable length), but the length of the leg is too long. It bunches up at the top of my inner thigh. I wish Jobst offered different lengths. For reference, I'm 5'3".
