Juzo Dynamic Thigh High 30-40 mmHg w/ Silicone Band

Long term use issues.

The compression material tore at the seam to the silicone band. Glad that I can still wash them & they are not degrading further. I have had this pair for 6 months, wearing daily. Wash them in cold water, air dry every 2 weeks.

One problem

I bought these with the hope that the higher containment factor would be sufficient for my lymphedema leg, which has been well controlled for over 20 years, until about a year ago. They do seem to do that better than the stockings I have been wearing. However, the extra vertical stretch woven in causes them to bind at the knee joint after a few hours of wear. It feels like a tourniquet, and I have to take it off by mid-afternoon. I am returning them and will try a petite length in the same product, hoping that shorter size will eliminate the problem. Otherwise, the stocking appears to be fine, and should do the containment job better than others I have used.

It’s working!

My husband had knee replacement surgery and his leg kept swelling. Now after using the thigh high stocking - the swelling has gone down and he can do his PT exercises. Thank you!
