Quality and shipping

The part was OEM as ordered. It was ordered Nov 21 and received Dec 9, 2025. Other than that, I would still order from British audio. It is very important to order oem parts especially a Roland electronic instrument.

Great prices, parts, and service!

What can I say? They had the part I needed at a great price and quick shipping. This is the second time I have bought parts from British Audio and the first time was just as good. Even though my orders have both been small, they took the time to hand-write a "Thank You!" and sign their name and even threw in a free bumper sticker the first time I ordered!
