Excellent experience shopping here. Customer service could not be more helpful. Had to exchange a pair of boots for a smaller size. They were shipped out promptly with a return bag and mailing label for the boots I wanted to return. Such a smooth and hassle free process. I will order all of my shoes here.

The boots are great and well fitting! My only very minor issue, is the smaller strap gets in the way of the zipper. If it was somehow integrated into the boot like the bigger strap is, leaving the inner zipper unimpeded, it would be PERFECT.
