Dante Street Espresso

Espresso brewing: I had great results pulling this at a 1:1.5 ratio at 90C in around 25-28s. Probably could go even lower on temp. Used a 17g dose in an 18g basket because this coffee takes up a lot of volume due to the darker roast. So good and easy to make a gooey and sweet espresso. That tobacco-like chocolate flavour really does come through.
