I own a business. We try our best to do right and with that, mistakes are often made. 99% of the time it’s simply an error, We made a mistake - whoops - that then goes to hope that your clients give you grace and move on. First of all I was contacted before my order was placed to ensure I had enough brackets to hold the curtain rod and there was a discussion about this - it wasn’t a required call - they went the step above and did what is good business. Next when my curtain rod arrived, there were parts missing. I thought I hadn’t ordered them and reaching out to get a quote for the parts I needed. The staff told me they had made an error in packing and immediately shipped off the correct items, which I received a few days later. 5 ⭐️ for customer service and as a business owner they deserve grace for their busy staff who inevitably make mistakes - like all humans. I would highly recommend purchasing from this business simply due to their customer service.
