I am not happy at all it was supposed to be engraved and was charged for it and it wasn't. I feel it took too long to get also don't understand. You can't talk to to any of the people there and I did try and email them but no answer. I guess that sums it up.

Great Gift!

The item itself is very cool & unique but it took so long to ship that I had to call customer service multiple times to check on the status. Great product but I was not happy that it took over 2 weeks to ship and that even after the customer service rep told the warehouse to ship the item the day I called they had to be badgered the day after as they still hadn’t packed it. I wish I could give a 5 star review as the product is very original but the shipping prioritisation (getting bulk orders out before individual orders) needs to be addressed by this business.
