Very heavy and not as easy to get in and out of truck despite what the video shows. also pin for the boom does not stay in place

Extremely satisfied

I ordered this for my disabled son. He already had the standard Hoyer lift which took up a lot of space. This Hoyer lift is what I needed for him. It provides comfort in multiple ways. Less space needed, extremely functional and most of all, it is portable. We have plans to take this on vacation next year. It will be a pleasure to have my son with me instead of vacationing without him.
