Disappointed!

I was out of state and saw you add on Facebook and ordered the Joy sign for my wife for our 19th Anniversary. When I ordered it is said 2 to 5 days. That would have been great, because I only live in Rosenberg, Texas about 1 1/2 hours away. But after 5 days and no emails on my delivery, I sent and email to your customer service. Got a response that said it would take 7 to 11 business days. Well that was past my Anniversary day. As a matter of fact I got back from my trip before the sign even was delivered to my house. The product is nice but the delivery sucked! I could have drove there quicker. Very disappointed!
