I have a main P-Bass, and have had a Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder in it, since the 90's. Sounded much better than the stock pickup. Then, I got a cheap P as a backup, put a Bartolini in there... Woah!! The cheap P was now my best sounding bass, I did also replace the pots, cap and wiring... So, I knew I'd have to do the same to my main P eventually. Due to a new summer run of shows I have, thought this was the time to do it!! Did not realize, most places do not stock the Bartolini pickups and it's hard to get them in a reasonable timeframe due to backorders, etc... Well, not FatBassTone!!! After talking with the cool staff folks, they said they not only keep Bartolini pickups IN-STOCK!! But also flag items on their website if they are not in stock, so you don't have any surprises when you go to checkout.
