Tower Strings Entertainer Viola Outfit

Love this item i am so thankful that i got to buy this viola from fiddlershop i am expecting to buy a violin from them in the far future.

Case issues

Instrument itself is perfect and I have been loving. However, I travel with my instruments a lot (I own a fiddlershop violin as well which is still in good condition including the case), so I like that this shop includes straps with the cases. I put the strap on and my first time picking it up, the straps completely broke and the instrument fell to the ground. Luckily the viola itself was not damaged but it sucks to have paid so much for anything in the order to be broken.

Great customer service! I had left a review a couple days ago about my order and how the case was damaged upon arrival. They immediately got back to me and sent me a replacement case. My daughter loves it! Thank you so much! I would absolutely recommend Fiddler Shop. I will definitely be purchasing from them as my daughter upgrades on her instrument or when she wants to learn another type of instrument.
