I'm definitely a life-long lover of GOOD COFFEE! Have a favorite brand I've been enjoying for several years now (also fresh-roasted beans) so I wasn't in the market for trying a new company. That said, a newfound friend who admitted to the same addiction to good, fresh-roasted coffee, convinced me to try Brooklyn's Own -- so I ordered my first pound that very day. For me, the major difference in Brooklyn's Own coffee is its unique smoothness. Many good roasts taste good, but are a little "rough around the edges. " Not Brooklyn's Own! I have never before enjoyed this unusual smoothness in a cup of coffee. I will be recommending Brooklyn's Own to my coffee-loving friends and plan to order more for myself! Whatever you do there to produce your excellent product, please keep doing it!
