Amazing collar and customer service!

We ordered a collar from BPS for our large breed rescue at the recommendation of a good friend, who has a cane corso. We loved that BPS is a Canadian owned company and everything is made in Canada. The collar arrived and it was gorgeous, we were thrilled with it! About three days after we got the collar, our dog was running around outside and his collar broke right around the clip. It looks like it got caught on something in the backyard and ripped the buckle. We were obviously a bit disappointed, so I reached out to BPS customer service and just explained the situation. I figured the collar had broken due to us, not the workmanship, so I was expecting maybe a discount code for our next purchase, or just an apology of some sort, since the break wasn’t their fault. Matt got back to me almost immediately, saying that it did look like the collar had gotten caught on something, but that they stood by their products and would send us a new one and talk to their seamstress about the issue for future orders and see if they could do anything else there (I love that they have this kind of relationship with the people that make their products!). They sent us a brand new collar with an upgraded metal clip so the issue wouldn’t happen again. I offered to pay for the upgrade or shipping or to be able to do something for their extra cost and time, and they wouldn’t have any of it. The collar is amazing quality and we’re really impressed with it and have gotten so many compliments. On top of that, a Canadian owned company with amazing customer service who stands behind their products 100% is one that I will be giving my business to again and again. I just can’t overstate how impressed I am with the quality of the collar and of the people behind this brand. Would recommend to anyone.
