Fabulous quality and utility

This is my first Troop bag and I’m delighted with it. The quality of the materials and the build quality are great, far better than I would have expected for the price. The utility of the bag is great too, it’s been very thoughtfully designed with all the right compartments for a modern traveller and it holds its shape when empty rather than collapsing as most canvas bags do. I’m totally delighted with it and highly recommend.

Disappointed ... not as good as before

It's good quality and just the right size for daily use and to carry a 13" tablet. I bought it to replace the one I had purchased a few years ago and wore out. The previous version was not waxed and I find the waxed canvas to be too stiff (maybe over time this will change). The big change, and not a good change, is that the zipper on the main compartment is gone. I'm very disappointed about that. I'd buy the original in a heartbeat, if I'd seen this in a store I would pass.
