Quality not as expected sadly

Hello, I think I might have received a backpack that had already been used? There are marks on it and at certain points the stitching is looser than others. It doesn't look like the clean version on the picture. So I will need to return it unfortunately. Please let me know how to proceed, thank you.

Great backpack

This is great backpack, very light and it contains all necessary to go in the office: laptop, tablet, paper agenda, notebook, a small lunchbox, phone and wallet. the zipper seals all my stuff and makes me feel safer whenever I walk into underground. I will be definitely using it as travel bag. I love it.
