Beautifully made good looking bag

The bag is strong and well made, there are so many useful compartments it will be perfect for both travelling and walking. I love it, but there are a couple of things worth noting. The brown colour was quite a bit darker than the photo, making it appear more "utility" looking than "smart" as I'd hoped. The seam in the front compartment, sitting just inside the zip, sticks up quite a bit, this makes it a little tricky closing the zip and feels as though it could get trapped in the zip. I have spent some time flattening it to try and prevent that. Despite these two small issues, it is a great bag , well made, looks good and I would buy more from troop.

Just Perfect

I have bought so many backpacks but none of them are right to use everyday. The TRP0256 Backpack - Medium is perfect. I love it and try to find excuses to go out just to take it with me. The design and material are just perfect for my needs. Customer service at Troop is excellent. I had no problem with the bag or delivery (which was extremely quick) but asked for something beyond...and they immediately helped. Troop London bags are excellent and their people at Troop go above and beyond. I would highly recommend.

Backpack of Good size

This is a great addition to my growing collection of Troop bags . My oldest being aprox 12+years old and used very frequently, but has gone into retirement now. I can only hope that this one stands as much battering as my first , can’t see why not as they are so well made .
